Open the Outline app and follow these steps:
Tip: On iPhone, you can copy the key from your email and iOS will automatically detect it when you open Outline!
Tap the Connect button and you're done! Your device is now using our US VPN server.
✓ You're connected! Your IP address is now showing as a US location. Open TikTok, Instagram, or any app and enjoy better reach!
Make sure you copied the entire key including "ss://" at the start. The key should be one long string with no spaces or line breaks.
Try switching to a different network (WiFi vs cellular) or restart the Outline app. If problems persist, contact us via email.
Some apps cache your location. Try force-closing the app and reopening it while connected to the VPN. On iOS, you may need to log out and back in to TikTok.
VPNs can slightly reduce speed. If it's very slow, try disconnecting and reconnecting. Our servers are in Phoenix, AZ - users farther away may experience higher latency.
