1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YourVPN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that allow users to route their internet traffic through our servers. The Service includes access to our VPN servers, a personal access key, and customer support.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your VPN access key and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is billed at $1.00 USD per week on a recurring basis.
  • Billing occurs automatically each week until you cancel.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial weeks.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your access key publicly or resell access

6. Bandwidth Limits

Each subscription includes 50GB of bandwidth per week. Bandwidth resets at the start of each billing period. If you exceed your bandwidth limit, your connection may be throttled or temporarily suspended until the next billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL YOURVPN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
